Inspired by the 25 things on facebook thing. Or boredom. Whatever.

1. I am left-handed.
2. This makes me cooler than you.
3. I throw and catch better with my right hand.
4. I also use my right arm for arm wrestling because it’s stronger.
5. I don’t understand how that works either.
3. I did karate for 8 years.
4. I also did kickboxing for 2 years.
5. This means I can kick your ass.
6. I have been playing the piano for about 11 years.
7. And the drums for 6 years.
8. I took recorder lessons for 4 years but now looking back I think it’s a pretty pointless instrument.
9. I am teaching myself to play guitar and have mastered a few of my favourite songs.
10. I can’t go 24 hours without listening to some sort of music.
11. I have been to 60+ concerts.
12. My dad is good friends with Chris Eubank and so if people somehow get past my kung fu skills they’ll have him to deal with. :p
13. Amy Winehouse lives down the road from me. We are homies.
14. I have two sisters.
15. I played on my school’s football, netball, rounders, and basketball teams for 5 years.
16. I became a qualified basketball referee when I was 16.
17. And a qualified sports coach when I was 17.
18. I taught football and basketball to 12-16 year olds for 3 years.
19. My old football coach plays for Arsenal ladies.
20. When I say football I mean soccer. American football means nothing to me.
21. I am a huge bookworm.
22. I am also a total nerd.
23. English isn’t my first language.
24. I am fluent in English, Armenian and French. I understand most Arabic.
25. Well, I was fluent in French when I was 18 until I stopped practicing and forgot some (a lot of) stuff.
26. I studied Latin and Ancient Greek for 4 years.
27. I also did Spanish for 1.5 years until I got bored.
28. I get bored easily.
29. I like to find out different ways in which I can blow up computer power supplies for fun.
30. Despite my love for blowing things up, people always come to me with their computer problems.
31. I used to love fixing computers but now I just tell people to buy a mac because I can’t be bothered.
32. There are 5 computers in my house and none of them run Windows.
33. My favourite Disney movie is Dumbo.
34. I love horseriding.
35. Which is funny because there are a lot of animals I hate.
36. I have this weird thing where if someone that works with animals is holding an animal/creature/devil’sspawn then hands it over to me, I will happily hold it because to me it’s safe if someone experienced has held it before me.
37. As a result I have held tarantulas, snakes, crocodiles, lizards, and many more.
38. But if I saw any of them in their natural environments I would run away screaming.
39. I watch a lot of TV shows.
40. But rarely on the TV.
41. I hate it when people talk but sound like they need to clear their throats.
42. I hate the feeling I get when I touch my bellybutton.
43. I hate feet and think podiatrists have serious mental issues.
44. I hate mushrooms.
45. And pine nuts.
46. Rocket is starting to grow on me. But I still hate it.
47. Speaking of rockets, I love space and everything to do with it.
48. I wanted to be an astronaut when I was younger and kinda still do.
49. Sometimes when I’m on public transport or walking down the street I like to pretend I’m an agent for the FBI/CIA.
50. I love extreme sports.
51. I have been surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, abseiling and mountaineering many times.
52. I have climbed this and this with no harness.
53. I have also climbed and then abseiled down this.
54. I have this thing where I have to sit in the same seat each time, whether it’s in lectures, on the bus, wherever.
55. I put my right sock on before the left.
56. Same with my shoes. If I pick up the left shoe first I put it down and get the right.
57. It’s the opposite with gloves, left goes on first.
58. Pepsi > Coke.
59. Coffee isn’t a drug, it’s a vitamin.
60. I think rice should be its own food group.
61. I love vegetables.
62. My friends sometimes call me Monica (after Monica from Friends) because I (supposedly) get really competitive. This usually happens when they are losing at pool.
63. I have a perfect lightning shaped scar on my finger from when I fell off my bike and it then fell on me around 12 years ago.
64. Harry Potter totally copied me.
65. I was a student counsellor in school and once a week students would come to me with their problems. Hah.
66. I was also a prefect and in the school council.
67. I think nerds/geeks are hot.
68. Especially the ones that are into maths/science.
69. I can clearly remember conversations I have had from the age of about 3 until now. It sometimes scares my parents because they try to tell me stories from my childhood and I can tell them the exact conversations that happened.
70. People who can make me laugh win at life.
71. A teddy bear I got when I was 1 years old still lives on the end of my bed. After over 2 decades it still doesn’t have a name.
72. Golf bores me.
73. Mini golf does not.
74. I love to swim.
75. As a kid I loved watching Baywatch.
76. I can name all 50 states in alphabetical order.
77. My favourite video game ever is Super Mario Bros. 3 on the Nintendo.
78. I have never smoked in my life. No, not even to try and I have no desire to either.
79. I like to take photos. Even shit ones.
80. I am a member of Amnesty International.
81. When I laugh really hard at something really funny I snort.
82. I think the feeling you get when you pee after you’ve been needing to go for a while is great.
83. I used to run in cross country competitions and have also done the mini marathon.
84. Sometimes when I get really excited about a topic of conversation I start talking really fast and my eyes get all watery without me realising.
85. I think I would make an awesome comedian. A lot of people probably disagree. :p
86. The first song I ever bought was Wannabe by the Spice Girls on cassette from Woolworths.
87. I am fully trained in the ancient art of sarcasm.
88. I can sometimes control whether or not I have lucid dreams.

I often tell people it is a great possibility that someone could walk up behind them and chop their heads off with an axe and they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it because they’d have no head because it’s not like you can glue your head back on if someone chops it off. When I tell people this they look at me like I’m strange. I don’t know why … it’s a totally rational thought.
90. I love spicy food. The hotter the better. I could eat lava if I had to. I often have Nando’s extra hot sauce sandwiches for fun.
91. I would rather spend my nights lying down on the grass staring at the stars instead of going clubbing. I hate clubbing.
92. I can stare at the stars for HOURS. I sometimes do it when I’m walking down the street too and I’m the one most likely to walk into a lamppost because of it.
93. I laugh whenever I see someone on the street trip/fall down. I don’t care if they’re old and fragile or whatever either.
94. I don’t like having single songs on my computer. It’s the entire album or nothing.
95. I started this blog as a joke.
96. I can finish a foot long Subway sub before you can finish a 6 inch.
